Yesterday I had an appointment with juana The hairstyle & I’ve asked her I wanted to get color correction to have blonde hair and my hair was already light. She bleached my hair everything was going fine until she added grey toner into my hair that made it look ugly what I didn’t ask for and I have told her many times I didn’t like my hair I was really upset with my results and she said don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it just sit down and relax so I did and she was telling that I need a hair cut and some other things in my hair I said ‘okay it’s still the same price right’ she said yes so mean while she washed my hair like 3 times to remove the grey toner but it didn’t came off and it made look more messed up I was more upset I’LL NEVER COME back to this place she tried to rip me off $215 when the price she has told me was $165 smh

Take my daughter to get her hair cut A lady with curly hair I do not know what her name is.What I do know is that she does not know how to cut hair. SHe told me that she wanted to look at a picture To know how my daughter wanted the haircut it is obvious that if you want to cut your hair in That way is because you want it that way. Well, this lady did not understand with photos and even though we explained more or less how my daughter wanted it. Then she Look at picture again She said I'm going to cut it how it looks in the picture but I do not know what that cut is called, never looked at it . Me and my daughter, we hope that somehow, It was going to look good because it's a beauty salon. My daughter had her worst experience here they left it crooked very short WHEN SOMEONE IS PROFESSIONAL IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PHOTOS THEY ALREADY KNOW HOW

For months and months my wife has been going to nail salons and WASTING money on nails that's looked like ... well that looked like my 3 year old did them. Honestly we had just lost all hope on believing she could have nice nails. Then one day she came in the house and OH sweet lord baby Jesus Christ son of God oh merciful King of kings....My baby's Hands were Just Glowing ! She had tears in her eyes ! We could not stop staring at her nails they were ... Well they were just absolutely amazing.
And I'm just here to say Thank you ... thank you for restoring my wife's hands and GIVING US HOPE ONCE AGAIN. All in All she had a great experience

After coming to get my nails done for years i came in and was helped by a girl with green hair. My husband came in to wait for me and was asked if he could be helped he said no and sat down with our son. This girl told me " your husband is kinda rude." I asked her why and she said because of the way he said "no" nevermind the other girls knew us and knew he was waiting for me but when i tried to move past the drama i didnt need and tell her i was sick with food poisoning she replied "cool" and other times it was obvious she was being fake and really rude herself for no reason. i wasnt going to get to enjoy myself but i tried multiple times to just make it through without saying anything. Why would she take a picture of my nails if she just gave me the worst service ive ever had? Thanks I'll find somewhere else to go instead of confronting how somebody feels about my husband answering a question when im sick and she tells me "cool" when i tell her i had just got out of hospital and have food poisoning. Now i have to find a new nail salon i really wanted to have a good experience not defend my husband not feel like im incoviencing and unimportant for not being listened to and one word responses that dont even match. Id appreciate you girls not posting the picture of my hands. Good luck my husband has paid and taken me there many times but now since he's rude for saying no and sitting down he won't take me back there. The older lady Spanish always smiling always did my nails maybe she can teach others service do and don't. Really disappointed
