Fantastic service. Felt like a queen while getting my pedicure. Ladies were professional showing us how to use the massage chairs and minimal cues/interruptions while friend and I talked. Gave me a candy cane look to my toe paint. Looks fantastic. Massage, lotion, scrub, wrap was all gentle and soothing. No strong smells. No chemicals. They have tons on magazines, toe and finger drying machines with cool or heat settings. Will definitely return.

I wish I could give it no stars but I guess one star will do. My girlfriend used to come to this salon for years, she ended up convincing me to come with her once and I had liked it so much I decided to keep going back with her every 2-3 weeks. We normally would spend together around $145 every visit. My girlfriend had an issue with her nail color being wrong due to her nail technician misunderstood the color code. We had to go back a couple days after to get that fixed and still ended up having to pay for them to fix it, unacceptable! But that wasn’t all, not even a week later her SNS dipping powder nails started to come off and her toe nails started to chip. We called to speak to manager as she knows him for years, the person that answered the phone said his name was “David” when clearly we could recognize it was the manager Vinny on the phone but rather than taking care of it, he insisted on lying to us. We explained we wanted a refund for the services as she was going to have to go back to get her nails fixed elsewhere, he refused to do a full refund on her services and only gave us partial refund. Time is money and a lot of our time was wasted going back and forth. I guess they rather lose two loyal customers and love the $300+ a month we were spending there. It is so sad they treat you so nice when you come and there are no issues but the moment you complain about something not being done correctly, they treat you differently. Will definitively never go back and suggest people stay away. We go now to a new place in Owings Mills

This is one of the best nail salons on the East coast! They offer a salon atmosphere with none of the chemical odors. The manicurists are very professional and talented. Absolute perfection every time!
