Horrible experience! So disappointing stupid expensive every single one of us have chipped or destroyed polish one day after. Because we wanted to make this a fun thing 4 my 5 year old granddaughter visiting from California. I made an appointment I told them how many people we had. I told them I had a 5 year old for her first time wanted to make it fun. So they were aware how many of us were coming in they scheduled the time, and even ask the manager if they could take a group like us Saturday morning. They were happy to accommodate, until we got there. we make it a lady's day 4 adults two kids... over $200. The youngest one who we were doing this for is left with her feet soaking in water for 45 minutes, and completely ignored. Finally when her mother was done she went and took her feet out of the water and we waited and we waited she was told they would be right there they didn't forget her. When they finally did paint her finger and toenails it was done with such impatience it was a total waste. I would never return know what I ever recommend this nail salon.

Just got my nails done on a Monday .... Thursday my anc has already chipped . The lady who did it worked so fast and carelessly .. it wAs completely over priced . I’m so upset

I went here for the first time 1st week in March with my daughter. Kim did a beautifully professional job. When I looked at my daughters nails her Cuticles looked like hamburger. The women was not careful at all. We went back today 22 March and I told the woman I only wanted our nails done by Kim. The woman in chair 4 who was in chair 3 the last time, said that we didn’t tip her enough we only tipped her five dollars and the woman that was coming in behind us today was tipping $10. I thought this to be very rude and unprofessional. That being said I will go back and only see Kim.

Terrible !!! I have been going here for a while only because the one girl knows how I like my nails. Well today I had the worst experience ever. When I called for my appt this morning the girl told me Nadine was too busy but she would take me at 7 but the other girl Jean could take me at 3:00. I showed up at 3:00 and the girl at the front desk said oh she can’t take you because she is too busy . I said well I thought you told me to come in at 3:00 she said well they can’t take you. I walked out and said I would be back at 7:00. I get a call from the nail salon at 6:00 pm and the girl said oh Nadine doesn’t want to take you now . I said What ??? She said yeah and she doesn’t have any openings all week . Unbelievable . They were so rude to me and here I was a long time customer . Their mistake and then they are rude to me !!! This place should not be in business . They treat their customers terrible !!!

Took my wife for pedicures, the staff was very friendly and polite. The value was good $33 each for spa pedicures. They had complimentary soft drinks and chocolate. You need to call in advance for an appointment. Walk-ins were being turned away.
