First time walking in I came all the way from Los Angeles and it was open but nobody was there to do nails like why would you open if there's nobody available it was 10am and the receptionist told me they would do my nails till 11am I'm not going to be here waiting for an 1hr so I just left.. 😡😡😡😡

I waited for 50 minutes, I just got up and left. No communication about any delays. Never ever will go back. The receptionist was nice though.

This place is a little rough around the edges but I love Nancy! she's so sweet and does Good work! She keeps me going back!
