I had the WORST bikini wax experience of my life today!!!! I think the lady had no idea what she was doing. I have been getting bikini waxes for the past 10 years and unfortunately I had to find someone new because my lady moved out of state, so I found Reflections in the city I live in (Harrison Twp). First off when I walked in the room the cart with all the materials was messy, unclean and there was a stick already full of wax...ewww! Then she went to town on me and just starting smearing wax all over, not even going section by section. Not even positioning my legs correctly. She must of ripped back about 20 times, when if she was experienced she could've removed all my hair in 3-5 pulls (mind you I barley even have any hair down there from years of waxing) not sure what the problem was. I looked over and she was double dipping in the wax...so disgusting!!!! I was mortified!!!! After about 20 pulls on my private area I had to tell her to stop. I looked down and it was the worst waxing job ever...hair patches all over, missed hair and a clump of wax she couldn't remove. I had to go home with it, it was stuck to my underwear, I had to rip off when I got home (extremely painful), jump in the shower and finish the job myself. TORTURE...Do not go to Reflections in Harrison Twp for any type of waxing!!!!
