Customer service is not even remotely a priority in this salon. Believe me when I tell you that EVERY SINGLE one of my nails was filled crooked. When I asked the nail tech, politely, if he could fix them his response was that my fingers were crooked and he in fact filled them all straight. Odd...all of my nails were straight when I walked into the salon? He then proceeded to apply polish to my crooked nails. I saw a black hair on my thumb and brought it to his attention and he said it’s fine it’s just paper. Even if it wasn’t a hair, I don’t want something stuck to my polish. He left it. He then nudges my nail smudging the polish and simply “smoothing it out” with his finger. When I brought all of this to the managers attention she did nothing about it and refused to refund me my money I was forced to pay before he even finished...this place is a joke

I am not the type to slander but after today’s services I would be doing others a disservice. Extremely disappointed is an understatement! Went for mani/pedi with my mother for Mother’s Day. My mother had Sunny - who she was extremely pleased with and took ample time/care with her. The gentleman who did my pedicure (name unknown) did a half assed job and seemed to rush (Salon was not busy mind you).
My cuticles were cut very sloppily leaving hanging skin on every toe.
My nails were filed and left with fraying and shaped unnaturally.
Only received about 20 seconds with the hot stones portion of my pedi service.
Lucky me...he got to perform my manicure as well, which I was just as appalled by.
Barely soaking my nails for a minute before sloppily cutting my cuticles again.
He did not use cuticle remover or attempt to push them back while leaving many nails with cuticle overgrowth.
He did not offer nail buffing, cuticle oil, or massage during either service. Total time to complete my manicure was 7 minutes.
When asked to touch up both hands and feet he became annoyed but proceeded for round two. After pointing out again what I was so displeased with they asked another female manicurist to complete my manicure as I embarrassingly refused the touch up a third time for my pedi.

I was getting an acrylic refill and on the board it said refills for $18. My total ended up being $35. I would not have of minded if refill was worth it but he cut my finger with the drill then proceeded to harshly wipe my cut with acetone. If that wasn’t enough when I left I realized there was dried acrylic all over my hands.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!
I came in yesterday and got a standard manicure and pedicure.
Already I noticed that the massaging chairs were old and the material was clearly falling apart AND the one I was placed at didn't work properly. When my nails were painted some paint got my my skin and the paint was uneven but this was quickly fixed after asking.
My manicure was uneven and It took asking again to fix two of my nails. The drying station was filthy and sticky that I didn't want to rest my hand in it between coats, so I had to carefully rest only my fingertips and ignore the grimey feeling. I was sat by the wall which was so dusty I wondered if they ever cleaned anything in the salon.
Finally when I went to the drying area to dry my nails, it must've been awful timing because my manicurist went to use the bathroom and the smell resonated the entire area and I had to cut my drying short to prevent from getting sick.
Before I got to bed a couple hours later, I already noticed a chip. The next morning, after shopping a little I noticed almost every nail was chipped. This has never happened to me before and I went back in to ask if they could redo my nails because this was clearly a problem and the polish must be been old. The only thing they offered was to wash off the polish because "the oils on my nails cause chipping" and they can't help that. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR A POLISH THAT WILL LAST LESS THAN TWO HOURS!! AND NO REFUND OR ATTEMPT TO FIX ANYTHING?!
I beg you, do not come here. I hope they close down or at have the owner get a wakeup call so that a new owner could properly run a salon or better business. This one I am sure underpays her workers because they seem so desperate for money and it is depressing to go and not the relaxing experience you are looking for.

I go here all the time. Excellent service! They never ruin your nail by grinding them down, love ❤️ the gels and the pedicures are the best in the area. Great prices too!
