I have been coming here for years. It's close to my house and never busy. Yeah the people dont talk much but they are always welcoming. The only place i will get my eyebrows done. Usually will get a pedi once a month. Always nice and clean. I see all these bad reviews but do yall ever communicate with these people? If they mess something up. Bring it to their attention! They will fix it. I have gone in sometimes and they just stare at you. I make it aware what i need or want. Other then that no crazy issues.

First time at this nail salon. It was pretty busy when I walked in but they did a good job on my pedicure. I'll return.

Went in for a pedi. After a 10 minute wait (not to long) we were asked to go to pedi chairs. One chair had dirty towel from prior customer still on foot area. We sat and waited another 15 minutes. Staff never came over, didnt fill foot spa, or clean area. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. We went down the road to K nail and recieved awesome service. Area was also clean.

woke up with a scab after a lip wax, went back and she gave me the money back and put aloe Vera gel on it for me

This is my forth time going. The first two were ok, even with appointments I had to wait when a new walk in came, especially for eyebrows. They would get up to start them. The last two times are when I had reactions on my fingers. I asked are they using clean tools...I got ignored.... Or the person would trade me to another. I have long nails naturally, I asked for cut downs each time, they would say no...keep long.. After I insist on it... the people are very heavy handed in cutting down, filing, cutting skin, burning with the drill, and so on..... I ask for designs... No they only will do regular paint. They will rush on your hands and feet. I was charged extra $20 than normal. I get the same thing which usually include two fixings. If you don't give a tip they will be nasty to you. since the price seem to change, and they are not trying to do what you want, why would I invest my money. I don't recommend. The biggest problem is I don't know if they use clean tools. My second time having a reacton, and getting told what they want to do.
