I went here the day before my wedding to have a nice experience with my maid of honor getting our nails done. I was one of the first appointments of the day and was left in the pedicure chair waiting for about 30+ minutes to be serviced because the person who was supposed to be doing my nails was constantly running around the salon and was on the phone the entire time making additional appointments. They only started doing my nails once my maid of honor made a comment. Would definitely not return.

ALL the girls in my family love Nailtini! We don't visit Key West without a visit to Sissy, even if our nails are already done. Erika gave me the best gel mani I have ever had. Attention to detail is unmatched. Customer service is top notch. I love Nailtini! Pro tip: book an appointment in advance!

Callus done negligently, I'm not sure if "under new management" because I was always happy with them but also she injured me under the big toe's nail and it's been hurting for half a day now. I would say lock of skills due to circumstances "you don't use it you lose it " if it was not hurt that much... :(

The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because one main reason I went here was for the fancy pedicure chairs that are pictured on their brochure but they were not there ! However the current chairs are cool...
Was greeted with a hello and offered bottled water ! That was awesome, only got a pedi and they were very efficient doing all the extra things like wax on my heels and leg massage. One thing that was slightly different for me was there was no polish wall to stand in front of aimlessly lol ! The gels polishes are behind the staff chairs but you pick your colors from the nail swatches like you are getting a gel polish even for regular polish, seems legit.
I knew I wanted white and she just grabbed it, the perfect white polish so no problems with the system. I will absolutely return. Seems best to make an appointment, I was a walk-in and did not have to wait.
