They give a great manicure when they are there, but unfortunately the posted hours are not accurate. The last three visits, I waited 15 minutes past opening hours for service, even with an appointment. Today, fourth visit, I left after waiting 15 minutes past posted opening time. Please be there ready to go! A client's time is valuable. I went elsewhere...

I never leave negative reviews, but this was beyond bad.
I was there for over an hour, and less than 20 minutes of that time was spent giving me a pedicure. The technician was far too busy taking care of her toddler to worry about me. At one point, she vanished in a room with her child for 20 minutes, while I sat there with my feet up waiting for her to finish removing my nail polish. She walked around the shop for awhile, holding the kid while they blasted an Elmo video on her cell phone, at one point. Not to mention, everything around me was covered in pretzel crumbs. To top it all off, nobody that worked there seemed to care. They still charged me full price for a fast, shoddy pedicure. And the worst part was that I was never offered so much as an apology. Really disappointing.

After going several places in the past two months I was about to give up. Their technique to remove gel polish was my favorite thus far (a previous place soaked my entire HANDS in acetone). They were friendly. My nail tech did an amazing job! It’s unfortunate that they have bad reviews so I wanted to make sure and share my positive experience!
Oh, & I was in & out in an HOUR! When I tried to make an appt and 6 she told me they had a lot of people scheduled at that time and 530 would work better. I hate waiting just as much as everyone else so I appreciated that too!

Walked in and was told 20 mins. Well, it’s been 1 hr and 16 mins and only my daughter was called to a chair and still not finished with her. I will not be getting my nails done and once my daughter is done we will be leaving and not returning. They were not friendly today. They are taking every pedicure back right away.

If you're looking for friendly service, find another place! I was greeted with "Pick you polish" but that's all. Water was very cool. I complained but no one listened nor did anything about it. The pedicure was below what is standard in other places. Polish was so thick she kept adding thinner to it. Result was bumpy, rough nails with no shine at all. Charge was $27. I gave her $30 and she stood rubbing her fingers together as if she wanted more. I usually tip more than that, but didn't think it was worth it. No one bothered to say goodbye as all were more interested in their cell phones.
