This place is amazing! Probably the best cut I’ve ever had. Linette did such an amazing job! She really listens to what we clients needs are and really listens when you tell her you don’t want too much cut off. Gentle, amazing cut, and all the stylists and girls at the desk are incredibly warm and welcoming. Extremely happy with the service and cut!!

Absolutely would recommend this salon to anyone! Everyone in here is so pleasant. I have been going to Venus and she NEVER disappoints. Absolutely outstanding work, worth every penny. I don’t mind paying to get my hair done when the quality of work is this amazing❤️

****Edited to add: You can even see how snippy this company is in the response to my review. Again, I ask you, would you want to do business with someone like this? Furthermore, it has been months, and Ive never received that gift card. They absolutely do not keep with their own policy. Also, just take a look at how many people they have had come in and leave reviews after this one.
Save your time and money and go to Salon 360. They are kind and professional. . . And no, I do not know anyone personally at that salon, but they did my hair the following week after this debacle with Tangles, and did a wonderful job.

It's really bad business to have a policy that states that if you are later than 15 minutes past your appointment then they will rebook your appointment (or charge a $20 cancellation fee), but then your stylist is over 20 minutes past the appointment time then they want you to sit and wait and offer you coffee or water as a consolation. Thanks, but no thanks. Oh! And I'll be looking for my $20 gift card in mail. (Because your website says you'll give your client a $20 gift card if you have to cancel or reschedule.) Thanks!

I was visiting from out of town and was in desperate need of getting my hair done. I have thick, curly Latina hair. I don’t trust anyone with it because it’s rare to find anyone who knows how to cut and style it. However with the holidays around the corner I was going to take my chances. Wow I’m so glad I did. I called the same day hoping there was an opening. I informed the receptionist I needed someone who knew how to work with the texture of my hair. Marianna is AMAZING!!! First the fact she’s from the Bronx! Which means she’s worked with all types of hair. Marianna left my hair with the perfect color, cut and wait for it THE PERFECT BLOW OUT!!! Gracias Marianna!!! Highly recommend her!!!

I have been getting my hair and eyebrows done at Tangles for a few years now and I always have a positive experience here. Even when it's busy and I have to wait, it's never rush-rush-NEXT! The front desk ladies are so nice to to my son whenever I bring him and he always tells me he loves talking to them. Even if he never actually finishes the lemon water they give him haha. I always recommend this place when someone asks me if I know any good stylists in town. Good atmosphere, reasonable prices, and right next door to that awesome sushi place.
