Inept and unmotivated staff especially the pharmacy. No one says hi when you walk in they use personal intercom overhead for silly messages that they think are funny while customers are shopping. The pharmacy is ridiculous slow and not helpful no one has any idea what they're doing. Correction, there is one pharmacy employee who is good (she has long black hair and a deeper voice and is a no bs kinda person). This is absolutely the worst and most disgusting Walgreens I've ever been to. Have had to call corporate twice on Pharmacy as they even gave the wrong Medicine once.
Unfortunately I have to add an update for this horrible store the manager Pam is very unprofessional and uncaring. The whole system is down today so you cannot buy anything without cash only and granted that maybe a bigger Walgreens issue that's not the problem. The problem is customer service when you ask well what's going on can I still buy my items and Pam just completely ignores you, takes a phone call, and walks away. it's obvious she has no professionalism and could care less about her job or Walgreens or the customers .

As you can see from the other reviews, this is a TERRIBLE location. If they were not a Walgreens then they would go out of business. They scrape by on name recognition. They consistently have the laziest and rudest employees of any Walgreens I have ever been to in my life. Sadly, they are my closest location so I constantly have to drive to the other side of town to the one on Waukegan (with really nice and intelligent people working there).

The only review I ever wrote about Walgreens is my old location in Morton grove on beckwith I moved to northbrook and use the Walgreens on willow rd in glenview. This is by far the worst I've ever dealt with waited 35 minutes to talk to staff member the person was rude didn't have a clue .im going to switch to cvs now after all these yrs dealt with beckwith store for 22 yrs they were the best .

Worst pharmacy you can go to. They lost my wife prescriptions then lost my father and mothers. There rude and should all be fired. I will never go there again for the rest of my life, even if it's the last place on earth.
