I never had this kind of experience anywhere. The only reason I went to this store is that it had a high rating. I had no problem with their price point, Kim was welcoming and very sweet, i wasn't happy with the output of the nail artist, and Kim the front desk manager was really very sweet, and she asked me multiple times very gracefully if I was ok, if she could help or do something, she also was kind enough to charge me less and offered me for a next day appointment, because my nail paint was easy to peel off the fingers and I was very unhappy with the design and did not look like the design I wanted. So I did go next day got my nails painted, paid for it even when she said don't pay.
I decided to give it a second try as Kim and others r very welcoming and its a clean environment, when I went yesterday, the nail technician started peeling my nail paint so hard and I kept explaining her repeatedly that my skin is sensitive and to be gentle and she storms out over me responding that she can't do my nails, and she would book different place for me, and she can't put paint on my nails. Is this how you treat a customer? I had never had anyone do this to me, I have been to so many different spas, and nail salons never experienced this level of arrogance, I did not want to be as rude as she was i brought a product she suggested and paid for the service and left the store.
Six years in the USA never met a person that is this rude to a customer !! I would never go there again she was so offensive and disrespectful she did add a word HON, but that did not make me feel better at all. The two starts is just for Kim and her handing the situation for the 1st time adding to that the place is clean !!

Had a wonderful experience. Walked in and was greeted by the hostess, Kim. She was very nice and explained everything, made an appt easily. Our nail techs were Alex and Amber. Both were great, made sure we were happy with our pedicure experience, and were very personable. We would highly recommend this salon.

This was our first time here in Savannah and my husbands first time getting a pedicure. The ladies were amazing and very friendly. They did an awesome job on our pedicures.

I went with my mother and sister for a Mother's Day treat and we were able to all get our pedicures at the same time with a reservation. The ladies were wonderful and accomadating. Beautiful space! I will definitely be back!

Very good paint job. Other then that no real good foot rub. Not worth 45$$$ that's for sure.
