Whenever I visit my mother we get our nails and feet done here. They do a great job.

They charged more then any other place and my nails look nasty. You can see the tip even though it was clear. Iv been to a few places but never had this problem. I came in to talk to the manger about it. She said she would just repaint them I do not think that is a fix at all. I could paint them if I wanted them painted.

Very disappointed and insulted.
I pretty much work pay check to pay check especially after Christmas, so I only go to the nail salon when I get paid. I got paid on 1/15, so I must have gotten my nails done on that day or the 16th.
Well, today 1/27 I checked my account and I am overdrawn!!!! The charge that sent me into the red was from my nails at Venus 2 weeks ago.
I called to ask why it took almost two weeks to process my visa bank card payment and Venus basically called me a liar. The woman on the phone said that I had to have been in onto the shop on the 20th and that maybe someone in my family probably took my card and used it. How insulting is that?
I work out of town all week long and I was in San Jose the whole work week!!!
Okay, so I'm wrong because I didn't keep a close watch on my banking activities. I own that. But, 2 weeks for a nail job to clear the bank and then they did the transaction the day before I get paid and put me overdrawn? What the heck????
I was really starting to like the place because the location worked for me I will not be going back for the simple reason that they didn't own up to their mistake and turned it around on me that "maybe my family member or someone stole my card" Come on! And to top it off! I gave them a $5 tip. And I liked the ladies who have done my nails in the past.
Something went wrong and it wasn't me and it surly wasn't my family. Since Venus did not own up to even a possibility of a mistake on their part or with their Visa machine I'm concerned why they would hang onto my Visa information so long and what are they doing with it.
I guess even worse is that the accused me and or my family and or friends of lying and or being thieves.
I'm going to let my friends, co-workers, church members and family know not to go there EVER.
