I walked in to get a full gel set. They were able to get me in right away with no wait. I get my nails done frequently and usually have bad experiences with customer service at other places. I didn't get the ladies name but she was very friendly and focused. She had no problem telling me she messed up on a nail and had to restart it which I thought was awesome. I would rather her admit to her mistake and fix it than ignore it and hope I didn't notice. She was not talking on her phone or talking with other workers. She was focused and I love that.
Now, they have a new nail powder dip process. I have never had this done so I was kind of worried because it looked horrible and grainy throughout the entire process. I didnt know all the steps and was just praying it would look good at the end and.... it DID. My only concern with that was how sanitary the dipping powder was. They didn't pour powder out into a separate container to dip your fingers and they shake the excess powder from your finger back into container after you dip and close to be used again for someone else. It just seemed weird to me but then again, I don't really know a lot about this stuff.
Overall, great customer service, beautiful nails, and all for an awesome price of $41!

Don’t waste your time and $$ NOT worth it!
They use the cheapest nsil polish.
Went in for a full set of acrylics and 10 min after I left, all polish got smushed and came off completely of one of my nails.
I had an appointment and still had to wait for almost half hour! The ladies seemed friendly, but the quality of service is horrible!!!!! I went back next day to get my money back and they wouldn’t do it, they offered to “ fix it” but still did horrible job! Never again will I go to this place!!!!!

I’ve been doing my nails here and every time i am satisfied I love Jenny she makes my nails look beautiful I am so happy that I found a nail salon that does my nails so beautifully even my patients compliment my nails ❤️❤️

Don't get your eyebrows waxed here if you love your eyebrows. The lady was very rough. I went from having thick nice eyebrows (just needing a cleanup) to having really thin eyebrows 😢😭
