I really enjoyed my first visit. Very nice decor. The Color selection was not up to par. Friendly and courteous service.

I decided to give Elegant Nail Spa a try since they are so close to my house. Never will I go back to this nail salon again.
The salon itself is pretty standard. A few pedicure chairs lined the sides of the salon with the manicure tables in the center.
Though I was seated for my gel manicure quickly, the woman that did my nails (I didn’t get her name) seemed distracted from the start. She kept looking up as if she was checking what everyone was up to. She haphazardly removed the old gel polish, leaving bits behind. She only pushed the cuticles on one hand and then cut my nails with a cuticle nipper and filed them unevenly.
As far as the gel polish goes, the color is uneven and doesn’t cover the entire nail. A couple of my nails actually still feel tacky and the edges are rough or have extra gel hanging off. She used cuticle oil for the “massage” and barely wiped my nails with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. I should’ve said something before I left, but I just wanted to get out of there. It ended up costing $22 for the manicure.
Next time I need my nails done, I’ll drive across town to the nail salon that costs a little more but does the job right!

The staff is RUDE! I told my tech that I needed the blue gloves. The other lady asked me why I couldnt just use the other gloves. I explained I was allergic to latex , she laughed and said she never heard of anyone allergic to the gloves.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, Worst experience and service, I could’ve done a way better job myself... I even argued with those lady’s and didn’t even give you any receives of what your paying. They totally rip you off, and don’t even LISTEN of what you ask for. They should CLOSE this place down.... IM DEAD SERIOUS CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.... take their licenses away.....

Tina is the best always so good at keeping appointments and ask if I have any issues needed addressed with pedicures or waxing
