I would recommend this place to anyone. 👍👍. The guy with the ponytail does an amazing job. I try to get him or Tina every time.

My experience here 5/9/18 was beyond disrespectful and horrible. I asked for a full set. During installation of acrylic, my nail was not completely secured. I asked to have it done over with giving her the option of getting paid more. The technician told me she was not going to do it over. I specified that I was unhappy with the work on my finger and it wasn't fair to me as a customer to settle. She then called over an employee and spoke their language. He argued. And argued. I said once again, I don't like the way that it looks. He therefore, told me to get out twice, after expressing to him that money wasn't an issue. I just wanted customer satisfaction. He says that YALL PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO PAY!! The technician said she would take all my nails off with no returned service. I proceeded to let her clip the nails. However, during this process she was pulling and twisting unnecessarily. I didn't want her to do the process of removing the nail due to roughness. She wanted $13 out of the conclusion. I just wanted one simple nail done right. She wanted money and didn't care how I felt. When I left, no coins were collected from me. There was no compromise/customer service. I rate this place on a scale 1-10 and I give it a -345,000. With that being said, I will take my hands and my money elsewhere and I will always have the attitude of " I AM BLACK, I WILL NOT SETTLE, AND I KNOW MY WORTH. Mother's Day is approaching, my nails will be done, with Le Nails dismissed. I refuse disrespect and will spend my coins elsewhere.

First and foremost their sterilization is not up to par. Other than the Polish my feet actually looked better coming in

Terrible customer service slow not enough people working u was there all day will be going to Suffolk or Franklin Va for now on Ahoskie, NC needs more of everything.
