Diana is the best! My nails look so beautiful every time I leave. I get my acrylic nails filled and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg and it can last me 3 weeks!

I got my nails done at El Paseo Nail Salon in Simi Valley 2 days ago and they gave me the worst acrylics ever! I went to Nail Citi today to see if there was anything they could do. While getting a pedicure these sweet ladies got down to business on my nails. I had 3 ladies working on me at once! My toes looked great. But my nails are now fixed beautifully! After the disaster 2 days ago, I swore acrylics weren't for me and couldn't wait to get them taken off. They were bulky and so tacky. But now they look so natural and pretty! This place is hidden in the mall next to the Topanga mall, so there weren't too many people there. If they weren't in that mall I'm sure they would get so much more business.

I'm not one to ever leave reviews but I'm really disappointed in this spot because they have potential to be a good salon and their not trying hard enough. I walk in after calling to see if they were available there were 4 people working and 3 people getting their nails done. I picked my color and went to wait on the spa massage chair. outside their sign says spa mani pedi for 28$ u would think that means u get to use the massage chair they sit u in. no its 33$ to use the chair which makes no sense why they say it's 28$ so I told the lady okay turn it off and it wasn't turning off so she just left it on and didn't massage my feet or hands. I was happy to see they had opi nail polish brand but they must put something in it because it chipped the next day. my cuticials were not done good she made me bleed and kept putting stuff on top of the cut hurting me.
you guys need to have better customer service and use better polish and tools and make your store a lot cleaner and stop false advertising for a spa mani pedi for 28 when it's 33. make sure your workers know how to give mani pedi and give every customer good service. paint your store a nice color you have a great place and it's going to fall apart if you don't invest into it
