Went in for a pedicure. My temperature was taken and I was asked to pick a color. I sat and waited for 20 mins no one acknowledged me or told me someone would be with me. I chose to leave and spend my money with an establishment that has better customer service.

I absolutely love the way Jennifer does my nails. She has always been a favorite of mine since Star in Dublin. Back then she used to do pedicures and I wish she had the time to do them now. I know I can be picky. But my motto is if it's not broke don't fix it and I love dealing with a technician I know that can do the job. I'm not saying there are not other great techs but I know what works for me.

I love this nail salon. The staff is very friendly and they are very clean and professional. Their Deluxe pedicures are a hit $40 and comes with a soothing and relaxing upper body massage. Peter does great Gel Pedicures & Jennifer the owner is great and thorough with acrylic and sns. Five Stars :)

I have been going to see Jennifer for many years. I love going here I have never had a complaint about anything. I give this place a 5-star because it is truly a relaxing place to go and my experiences have been professional at all times.

I will not be back. During the pedicure I asked for the $40 one. I was never massaged. I told him to put an acrylic tip on my big toe and fill in the other big toe that still has its tip. He painted over them both instead. I told the manager about my toes. They did as I asked by applying the acrylic tip. I told the guy to match my big toe sizes but he didn't. He said my toes were dry so I put my shoes on and left. I got home and my toe nail polish was ruined! My manicure experience was just as bad. All of the nails are misshaped. I wanted S&S with a round shape. I'm embarrassed to be wearing them. None of them are flattering or shaped the same. Worst $70 spent at a nail salon.
