This place was empty when I got there, and I can see why...Very poor customer service. Had to argue with one of the young gals (she wanted to tell me which color to chose) and then was snippy when I said I will choose my own color. With only two people working, the two women didn't seem too concerned about client satisfaction. I walked out after they took off my polish. I will not return there nor would I recommend using this nail salon.

The lady that did my nails and pedicure did an amazing job! Plus it was a great price, my fill and gel polish and my pedicure only came to $55 and they have the massage chairs which just added to a great experience:) very relaxing atmosphere

I’ve always loved this place in terms of skill, but customer service has always been a struggle for them. The way I was treated the day before Mother’s Day was just wrong. I came in with no appointment to see the same lady I’ve been seeing for years. She said she wasn’t available for a full set, but if I wait 20 mins, someone else could see me. After 30 mins, I get called up to sit down. Immediately after sitting down the lady says, I can’t do a full set??! I’m like, huh? The lady getting her nails done next to me is also confused. I said what do you mean, she said, “she (the lady that normally does my nails) said you need fill. Come back tomorrow.” I’m so flabbergasted at this point, it’s unreal. The customer next to me said, after making her wait 30 mins with her son, no one can do her nails??! The worst part was the fact that not one of the eight ladies that worked there, including the lady that I have seen for the past 5 years even had the audacity to apologize and say sorry! It’s unfortunate. I live 45 mins away too!

I love it here! Not for manicures, but their pedicures are amazing and very relaxing

Crappiest nail salon I’ve ever been to. TERRIBLE SERVICE and it’s very sloppy and unacceptable. Disgusting place
