I went to this location more than once, as not to be too quick to judge. The gentleman that does pedicures is perfect! Respectful, etc. but that woman in the first chair is entirely too rude and disrespectful. They do great nails but you run the risk of being yelled at, rushed, & assumed to be ghetto because you get your nails done in such a decrepit neighborhood and establishment. You don’t have to know someone’s language to understand tone and the lady in the first chair has taken a tone twice when I walked in. She’s rude and will engage you in conversation just to argue or worse, to ignore you completely when you come in as a respectful paying customer. I understand people that have written reviews may have been going there for years are used to it but this establishment is Not for newcomers judging on how this woman treats me. I rarely write reviews but her maltreatment to me over the course of a few visits warranted this. I will note the only time she was mild mannered and respectful was the 1 time I came on a Sunday after she came from church I believe. My recommendation if you’re looking for a similar salon with friendlier staff and better pedicure chairs, go to Capital Nails 2 blocks away. Same prices better service similar quality work Capital takes their time Exotic definitely rushes you. I can’t stress enough how kind, mild mannered and respectful I am so to be treated any way other than that feels horrible and should be noted, especially if there is a platform to do so. Thank you

I been getting my nails done here for 5 years and I love the whole family. If your looking for a pedicure go to the man he is the best. I love them

If I could post a picture I would. The woman who did my nails had mold on her own nails and also rushed the service, trying to charge more for nails that were pre-ordered I just needed her to apply them. Then she screwed up the quality of my nails and botched the polish. Never again

Never have any thing bad to say about this place. Perfect eyebrows, nails and pedicures. I only let the owner do my nails and my brows. Her sister does great work too. Prices are lower than most places. They remember their regulars very well. Will ask about your family and remember your preferences. My absolabsolute favorite place.

They are very friendly but you get what u pay for . The lady was painting my nails while standing up . She seems like she was in a rush . I had to keep spotting out all the mistakes she was making . Iam sorry but my nails came out HORRIBLE !
