I have gone to this place multiple times for a basic manicure and pedicure or. I never felt like they completely painted my already short nails there would be plenty of Room left unpainted by my cuticles. Last week I had gone in and asked for a basic manicure and pedicure or. They wanted me to get my pedicure done first But I said I wanted my manicure done 1st so while I was getting my pedicure done I could sit and do things on my phone. They seemed annoyed by that but followed through with it. When I went to Wav they charged me $55 which seemed more than it normally would be because I got a step down from the normal pedicure that I receive. I was in a hurry to get my kids from school So I decided to call back the next day to ask what the price of a basic manicure was they told me it was $11. I told them that they overcharged me because I just wanted a basic manicure and then they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I had asked for gel I told them when I walked in the door I asked for a basic manicure like I have always gotten in the past. And they wanted to continue to argue with me and say no that I had asked for gel. I told them I have never got 10 gel before because I refuse to pay that much I work with my hands and the Polish is going to fall off within a few days I just want my nails cleaned up and painted so I don't bite them. She said oh you put your hand in the light right I said yeah the machine that supposed to drive my nails she said oh no that's for gel OK I don't know this when I ask for a regular manicure I asked for that I assumed the thing was to dry my nails not for gel. I said I wanted to Talk to the manager and I was told that she was not there but then they gave me her number to call and talk to her. When she answered she asked me why I was calling and I told her that Her Salon gave me her phone number to talk to her about it She told me I don't Know why you are calling I'm on maternity leave. I don't know they told me to call that's why I called she said that she would call in find out and give me a call back it's been almost a week and I have still heard nothing. I will not go back to this place and I have already told friends and family that go there.

Unprofessional, unclean tools, scheduling issues observed, no English speaking manicurists (but they do), drilled my nail bed ruining my nails causing splitting, peeling, and breaks. I objected to manicurist drilling on my natural nails and she got up and took a new walk-in pedicure. I walked out! Acrylics peeled off, gels peeled off, I will never be back! 3rd time too many! Also, I got an infection from the lip wax. I've never had that happen!
Yep, tried it again. Geez! Kick me already! She stood there and diluted the nail polish right in front of me. And the polished manicure looks diluted in daylight! A piece of polish flaked off my toe within 20 minutes after leaving. The lady next to me with fungus should have been sent away. The instruments looks dirty before they were used on the lady next to me... hmmmm.

Absolute trash. They cut my girlfriends nail.The week before they put a nail on and when she got home it was starting to fall off. Finally took it off after like 4 days.
