They were closed when I first moved here so it took awhile to try them out.
I usually only get Chinese food when I'm craving Won Ton soup, and since they have an old favorite variation of mine, Egg Drop Won Ton, I kept following up until I saw they were open again. It was worth the wait.
Broth was tasty without being overly salty. Noodles had a good amount of filling. Could have been more Won Tons but I'd say the same thing even if the container was overflowing.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I also ordered a side of fried dumplings, but received steamed dumplings instead. Normally that would drop the score more but the steamed dumplings were still pretty good.
You can sit in and eat as there are tables and chairs but this seems to be your standard take out environment with various drinks available in cans and 2 liters.
I'll definitely go back. Good food and the price is right.

This isn't some precooked Frozen stuff warmed over, they cook it in their woks right there. I especially love his eggrolls! It is a take out restaurant with only 2 tables in the dining area so keep that in mind.

Excellent food, lovely owners, clean restaurant. Eat in or take out.

Man I sure miss living in Slidell. This place was my fave takeout place.
