Went here yesterday, and the polish was cute HOWEVER, whomever the lady was at the register was a bit snippy and lack courtesy. I’m such a fan of supporting black businesses but once again there is a huge lack of proper customer service. I would like to go back maybe.. maybe not we’ll see.

Writing a negative review for a black owned business is always hard. But it's necessary when the service and attitude stinks. I dont think our community understands customer service, being patient and listening. Just to name a few things this place lacks.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. The lady that greets you and does nails as well...is DISGUSTING, CONTAKEROUS, AND CHILDISH.
I enjoy supporting black own businesses, but this is one business that will not last if the lack of service continues.

I'm in search a new nail salon and I came across Nailbed. I remember visiting once some time ago & I couldn't remember why I never went back? So I read the reviews to see what their strengths are and ....Ahhhh...the attitude. After reading the reviews and reading the response from the owner I have to get this off my chest.
Although she was not directly nasty or short to me. There was an undeniable awkward vibe throughout the salon. The saying goes...it's not what you say its HOW you say it. I witnessed her being short to a customer who shook the nail polish bottle. Reprimanding her staff rudely in front of everyone. Its beyond uncomfortable to be around.
I don't remember the service...which says alot. But for all the nasty responses I see shes given masked as being "direct" I too shall chime in. I confirm I have not fabricated ANYTHING and I'm not targeting her. I just need black business to get it together. You get more bees with honey and people will always remember how you made them feel vs what actually happened. Theres a way to get your point across without being nasty, condescending and rude.
