I came here to have my gel polish removed and was actually shocked by how the nail tech did it. Never in my life have I had a tech literally PEEL the gel off my nails, taking layers of nail with it. I assume she was just too impatient or lazy to do it the proper way. It felt incredibly uncomfortable and I knew that it was super damaging to my nails. This was weeks ago, and my nails are still horribly damaged. Even if they grow out less than a millimeter, they break off immediately because of this. It's really disappointing as nails that have been peeled can take 6 months to heal. To top it all off, I had to pay more than other salons for this bad experience. If I wanted my polish PEELED off, I would have done it myself at home for free and had the same damaged outcome. Really disappointed... Please teach your employees how to properly remove gel!

Stay away from this horrible place that doesn’t care about their clients!! I’ve been a customer for years, came in every week for the mani pedi combo at the same time at $45, and today they told me that if I want them at the same time, it’s $5 extra! I was very surprised and asked to speak with the manager. The receptionist raised her shoulders and said she wasn’t there. I politely asked to get on the phone - while she reached out she started laughing with “manager” on the phone telling the story as if I wasn’t here. I explained to the manager that I’m a regular weekly customer paying $45 for the same service for years, and that being suddenly charged $5 extra makes no sense. She casually said that it means there was a mistake in the past and that I’ll have to pay $50. Shocked, I asked if she prefers to lose my business to other places that charge less than $45 for the same time mani pedi combo, and she replied “ I explained it’s $50, you can do whatever you want”. I hung up in complete dismay and will never return!
Zero business acumen in running a business (finishing the services faster and taking only one seat means that the extra seat is available for another customer, thus double gain!), not to mention the lack of interest of maintaining a customer that pays $250+ in services a month!! Will take my business elsewhere.

Got a manicure here and my nails started chipping within 12 hours. Two days later, most of the paint has chipped/peeled off. Won't be returning.

I got a regular manicure with quick dry, it was $15.75. Absolutely not worth the cost. There is polish all on my cuticles and the manicurist used the flat end of the cuticle pusher and scraped my nails. When she was cleaning the skin around my nails i ended up with 2 fingers bleeding. Will not be going back here again.
