So I went for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I asked for Summer Sun. I left with no polish on my toes and no manicure. Only one employee there has good customer service. The other lady has a bad attitude and does whatever the hell she wants to your nails. I will not be going back!!!!

Came in to get one nail fixed cause the polish bubbles up after awhile. My nail tech was with a client so she asked the managers husband and he said no because if he fix for her he have to fix for everybody. Mind you nobody was in there so they wasn’t even busy smh Well if a customer come in and ask for a nail fix you gone fix it right? They do lazy and rude here. Will never recommend this place to anybody. Tierra is the only one there with good common since. Bad service.

“Kim” was very rude. I went in for a full acrylic set with gel polish. Kim was rushing me the whole time even when I was trying to decide my color. I chose to do one nail a glitter gel color and I asked if she could apply an extra coat of the glitter since you could barely notice it. I’d pay for it if it was extra. She was really rude and started talking to her co-workers and totally ignored me and only did one coat. My nails were very thick and crooked. I asked her why they were so crooked and she simply replied that it was my natural nail that was like that. Funny thing is my natural nails were not crooked before i Walked into that place. A little after going there I removed the nails and notice I had fungus on 8 of my nails. I would never go back there Very unprofessional service.! They should shut this place down. TRY TH NAILS IN MT HOLLY THEYRE WAY BETTER.

Kim has been doing my nails for a while and she’s always friendly and professional. Will continue to come here as long as she’s here!

Sandy does an excellent job with my nails, they look luke they are my nails.
