It's disgusting and I'll never go back. I went in for a Polish change and felt grossed out by the dirty chairs. The guy that I had wasn't friendly. He had longer fingernails than mine! He didn't make small talk or even wish me a good day. U could clearly see they don't care about u. You're only a dollar sign to them. The workers talk amongst themselves in their language. To me it's rude. I'm all about cleanliness so my advice is Not to come here.

I visited here with my sister twice and everything was fine, but then I went by myself and while they did my nails well enough, they continued talking and laughing in Vietnamese while I was pretty much in the center of the group. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the language or the people, it's just that when they laugh amongst each other and you don't know what they are saying, you think, "Are they laughing at me?" It made me feel uncomfortable.
I never went back.

I just visited this store really as a last resort because all the other higher rated locations on here were busy with long wait times. I was so taken aback by the difference between the ratings on here and the actual experience I had at this store, I asked the manager why the ratings were so horrible. She explained that they changed management. This store is clean and the staff is professional. I will definitely return the next time I am in Fairhaven. Kudos to management for your obvious turning around of this nail salon!

Very nice place! People are friendly and the place is clean. My manicure and pedicure is always perfect!

My nails always come out just how I like them. Perfect. But you gotta over look the appearance and cleanliness of the place.
