I had gone to Dr. Pollinger for years. My last visit I was not pleased with. I was given medications that did not work 3 times! And was charged a copay for a follow up visit each time. I was scheduled for a 3rd follow up appointment and just said forget it it....I had begun to notice the pattern. It was like she was not listening to me needs and just feeding me medications. I mean...these medications did not work one bit! I was told me getting a chemical peel would help with my facial acne. It did remove the dark spots, but sense the root cause of my ance was obviously not treated, within a few months, my face was back to its previous state. Almost 300 bucks down the drain. Having a relationship with your doctor has to be based on trust and I am no longer able to trust her. Money is the name of her game.

I give no stars. I had a scalp issue, she just looked said you have dandruff and charged me. I did my own research and found I was reacting to overuse of relaxers to which Im now completely natural and never had the problem again. I called her office and told them I will not be returning ever. She is the worst doctor I have ever visited and I question her credentials. She needs to be reviewed by the board. Would not reccomend her.

Dr Polinger is FANTASTIC!! She is without a doubt one of the best Doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting and I would recommend her to anyone. I came to her scared and confused about what I later found out was a diagnosis of alopecia. She was so warm and understanding and confident to find a solution. She even helped me through my terrible fear of needles by being extremely gentle. If you are in the area and need a dermatologist, seriously, seek her out for an appointment. She's 110% worth it!

Dr. Iris Polinger is a old school, money hungry dermatologist. I am sure she performed some quality work while treating patients in her younger years, but her skills are not up to par these days. She walked in the patient's room, glanced at the patient, suggested the patient see a plastic surgeon, recommended a plastic surgeon, then billed the patient for her recommendation. Without putting on latex gloves, examining the patient, and providing diagnosis, Dr. Polinger charged for the work she "performed." I would not recommend this dermatologist if you can find anyone else that can do more than eyeball your patient...

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I went in for a skin rash and tried showing her pictures of the different skin reactions i was having and she dismissed me. I also explained I had blood work done and was trying to download my results and because it was taking a bit long she said she didn't need to see anything. She later proceeded to talk about me to her nurse not realizing I was hearing her. I was not pleased at all with my visit and will not return. She needs to retire
