This is the first time in last 13 years of salon experience, I’ve come out with tears in my eyes! Tears of absolute helplessness! Why? This lady was nasty right from the start. 1) she asked me to pay 10 dollars extra than their rate-card (after I had already changed clothes and waited in the wax room for 5-7 mins) the reason was- because I had full hair growth for my arms waxing. No problem- since I waited already I said I’ll pay extra (for this illogical reason), even though till now whenever I told my regular wax lady that I have full growth, she was rather happy because it’s easier to wax longer growth. 2) She doesn’t know how to wax- even the basics of which direction the wax should go and which direction to pull it back. She hurt me at least 17-18 times (with a sorry in return) and gave me red rashes and marks. Also used the same wax-strip at least 5 times which made it thick, ugly and discomforting. 3) once done I showed her how many places the hair are still left and she rudely said you can’t look at it from so much detail. And no kidding I’m talking about big chunks of hair that she missed. 3) she refused to do the hand saying hand isn’t included in the arm, again first time in past a decade I heard that. 4) refused to do the tip of the shoulder which would be visible even if I wear a broad cut sleeves- same reason it’s not arm. 5) my biggest mistake of asking her to do my eyebrows since it was urgent- she literally removed most of my right eye brow. And I had really long and thick eyebrows, I look like an artificial defective doll right now. And ofcourse I flight to mention after one arm I asked her if she wants me to leave because she was so nasty all throughout and I was feeling suffocated and stuck inside. And she said make the entire payment and leave. And I didn’t because I didn’t want to waste my hard earned money on an inhuman rude lady like her. I am not a review person and this is my first review of life, she didn’t leave me an option to write this before even reaching home back. The crux is never in my life I’m going to see them or this salon ever, and never let my closed ones go there as well. Thank you for making me learn world still has nasty people like you, natural spa!!

My teenage daughter went here for a Manicure and Pedicure. While she was looking at colors, they told her to Hurry Up and pick one. When she sat for the pedicure, she was told there wasn’t enough time for a manicure because they had appointments. As the woman was rushing, she cut her foot which bled. Then she painted her nails, which were bare and proceeded to give her $2.00 off the price of a full manicure and pedicure of $38. My daughter was so frazzled she ended up giving her a $9.00 tip. I believe they took advantage of my daughter because she’s young. They would NEVER tell an adult to Hurry Up. Stay Away! I’m posting this in the hope that another teenager will not be subject to this treatment!

Worst!! Most horrible wax center in entire Boston. Rude staff who does not treat its customers well apart from being quite shoddy in their work. They quote a higher pricing when in middle of wax leaving customer with no option but to pay when half way through. Highly unskilled workers for doing something as sensitive as waxing.
Do not go here even if it is the last place in Boston!

I went to see Mimi on Saturday for a pedicure, well let me tell you, i felt like i left there with 2 new feet..lol, she was just wonderful, she not only took her time, but did the best job ive probably ever had done, i would highly recommend this place as i will most definatly be going there from now on!! Thanks Mimi, Laura😉
