Frank is just a real pleasure to work with, Frank always takes care of any issue big or small.. On top of that the building spares no expense on maintaining the property, for example the windows are cleaned 4 times a year, its the little things like window washing that lets me know i'm in good hands...

This Rental building is one of the worst built and managed properties I have ever had the displeasure of living in .
The building which is a classic example of a landlord bitting off more than they can chew has been the subject of awful reviews from its tenants as they have endured every issue from Nasty Management and a staff that changes more often than they clean the windows.
Incidents here are infamous and range from the building losing all power forcing residents who pay $3000 + a month to take refuge at local hotels with no assistance from management, The doors on every hallway are covered with evection notices as tenants stop paying rent after their leases are broken by the substandard living conditions .
I filled a OPRA with the town only to be given a file that makes the bible look like a menu. The amount of violations was shocking , i found Board of health violations that make one ask , HOW? how does this landlord ( Kushner ) get away with still managing a property, Its no shock this property had no 24 hour super . No live in super even after they have requested the super live rent free in on property . A free $3000 a month apartment and a super says no thank you...well maybe thats because he would be working 24/7/365 attempting to fix residents issues .
Be careful where you rent as the recent rental building additions to Fort Lee feature some properties that are marketed as luxury .
You pay for Caviar , but get old moldy roast beef .
When looking for a Rental property I always tell people to ask the doorman how long they have been working their , this is always a harbinger of the property as a whole. We all know that its not rare to find apartment buildings that have the same doorman for 25-30 years.Not 25-30 days

Built cheaply. Staff are nice. Amenities are nice but small. Great location and area is building up (restaurants, theater, etc.)

Exterior is nice but the units are built like garbage. Walls are thin and plumbing blows. The fake hardwood flooring is coming up in places and scratches easily. Seems like there's always something breaking down at Hudson Lights. Also, would it kill these mutts to put a trash can on the 4th floor parking garage????? Seems like management is very good at pointing out the problems but not very good at hiring the right people to address these problems. Might have to look into the Modern that's across the street. When you're paying 2600 per month, whats another 300. IF PROBLEMS CONTINUES TO EXIST, CUT US A BREAK ON RENT!!!!!
