If I can put 0 stars I would absolutely worst nail shop I’ve been to in Monroe. Rude, unprofessional, I went in there politely asking for a simple short WHITE acrylic set and a guy told me okay then I sat down he didn’t ask what shape I wanted nothing not to mention so rough! This guy proceeded to put clear acrylic on me I could literally see my nail beds then he proceeded to get mad when I said it isn’t what I wanted. Put me in another chair and left me my fingers in this bowl for 20 minutes while sitting down watching tv so I just left. Absolutely worst place please save your money!!

I had a manicure and pedicure done with my future daughter-in-law, and my daughter. There were two ladies and gentlemen, both ladies were very rude. The one older lady I recognized from the last time I was there two or three years ago, and she was the same way. I thought I would give them another chance even after my daughter said, let’s go to another place. It’s a shame to spend that much money in a place where they can’t even be nice to their customers. I didn’t say anything when I was leaving in front of her other customers but we will not be back.

I’ve gone twice now to this salon, both times I enjoyed. I was assisted quickly, had little conversation and staff was friendly. They offer many services with such great prices. Definitely found my new go to nail salon! ☺️

Horrible customer service. Bare minimum 45$ pedicure. Probably the worst I’ve been to.

The nail tech was very rude on multiple occasions. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the with my first and second visit, but by the third visit I had enough. Never again!
