I wish I could give this salon 0 stars but 1 star for an attempt to fix my hair I guess is acceptable. I'm in shock. I went in to get my long hair styled and cut but instead had it butchered. The stylist, Anya curled it after the cut so it wasn't until I got home and got a chance to really play with it that I realize there was something horribly wrong. First off it was way shorter than I asked her to go. The style I ended up with can only be described as a bob. There are huge chunks of hair missing throughout the cut. The "layers" look like they were done with a steak knife. Throughout the haircut there are chunks of hair that dangle out from the rest of the cut. Though the worst part is the shelf of hair that was cut out of the back. I desperately tried straightening it and styling it for hours but to no avail. I received little to no apology for this. The salon put me with another stylist who managed to make is somewhat presentable and hide some of the damage but a lot of what was done to it in the first place can't be fixed. To make it look semi normal I had to take a good inch of length off what was already taken. There was damage done to my hair that is going to take years to repair. I paid $45 for this insult (plus tip!), in addition all attempts for a return of my money or some kind of compensation have been ignored! Do not let this place near your hair!!!

I received exactly what I was asking for. I will definitely be coming back for the owner has amazing skills.

I went to this place in hopes of finding a new home for my hair because my previous stylist moved. I wish I could leave a good review but I went in for color and was horribly disappointed.
The girl who did my hair was Danielle and she was not very friendly or communicative. The color was completely different from the color I showed her on a picture I took in. I went home dissapointed but I thought I could try to rock the look. But after 2 washes all the color came out! And when I called the salon and spoke with Zoe, the owner, she wasn't helpful. I asked for a color correction or even part of my money back. Just something. Instead she said they wouldn't guarantee color results unless I buy their shampoo and conditioner (no one bothered to tell me this while there). I explained that I had professional color shampoo at home that has never failed me even with the same products they used at the salon. She told me that she couldn't do anything (like shes not the owner) and then explained that Danielle was out due to some "rough personal problems but I'll have her call you back when she comes in during one if her shifts."
It has been a full week and half and I never got a call back. I was going to call again but at this point I don't trust them. There's no point and I definitely do not recommend this place.

I was a walk in and checked availability which they told me to come back in a half hour. When I returned they did not have room for me and said I should have come in 20 mins. Earlier...which I was literally there at that time when they told me to come back...?

Denyce is AMAZING!!!! She is extremely professional, detail oriented, fast and efficient. I've referred all my friends and family to her for all waxing, massage and facial services and those who have gone love her as well. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Did I mention this is an AVEDA concept salon?!?!? Yes, so its a complete one stop shop, meeting all 360 degrees of your needs. I love them and will continue to make Bella Luna my #1 salon of choice. You can't beat this quality folk! - Satisfied customer for years :)
