I am not one to make a review and rant but I felt like this time I had to....despite people telling me the lady here that does eyebrows plucks them thin and screws up...I kept going Because she always did my eyebrows good....soft arch....not to thin....I just loved it.. besides the fact that she’s so rough. Well anyway yesterday I went to get my eye brows done and she started plucking and I could litterally feel her pull out patches of my eyebrow. She finished let me look in the mirror and I was so distraught I just wanted to leave. Looked at Them more when I got to my vehicle and she botched me. One has a slight arch but the end is pencil thin the other is thicker with no arch and goes straight across. I will never ever go here again. Should have listened. I thought about going back to have them fix....NO THANKS!

I went in because it was the closest nail place to me at the time and didn’t have time to go to my usual place so I went here....big mistake. I had SNS on my nails and when then lady went to take it off she cut my finger with the grinder several times. Then I asked to have shellac put on my nails and not even 2 days later was it chipping off horribly when it’s supposed to last TWO WEEKS!! Lastly, I have always had very strong nails that never broke but ever since I went there six of my nails have chipped to the point where it is becoming painful and I blame Pro Nails for my nails breaking, and the shellac shipping off. I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!!!

When I went in there the first woman that started on my nails kept trying to get me & my mom to get pedicures or any other service. Then she was super ruff with my nails. She cut me, then thinking she would notice & clean it; she didn’t. I had to tell her to clean it. Now I’m worried about getting an infection because none of their stuff was clean. AT ALL. My nails are different sizes in the length & they're also crooked. The second woman that painted my nails was really nice but also did a horrible job. My color is all over the place, some parts of my nail doesn’t even have paint on it. Then my top coat isn’t completely covering my color. Then when I went to check out she didn’t even get up to take my money. I had to bring it to her.. Just a horrible place ..

They wernt the worst place ive gone. They got the stiletto shape I wanted down but the color I was expecting, a lilac color, turned into an ugly grey with made my hands look like bird talons. Also they had barley any customer service, very quick to ask questions and not nice. Didn't even ask how I was or anything. Also I wanted a simple gem or rhinestone on my nail, which usually anywhere that does acrylics will carry those things. They didnt have anything. Once my nails were finished she told me to put my hands under the UV light then never came back. I probably sat there a good 20 mins before just getting up and leaving to pay when I saw her working on another customer. She forgot about me aka her first customer. They do a decent job but would I go there again? No.

This was our first (late-afternoon & quite impromptu) visit to this salon to have my mom's nails done and the technician, Tam, was pleasant, professional, and very respectful to Mama. We were pleased with his work, the service, and the short time we had to wait, considering we were walk-ins.
