I despise places that try to up sale you. I came in specially asking for a gel manicure. I had one broken big deal and he literally told me twice if I wanted an overlay which I’ve never even hear of that. Said it would be good for my broken nail. I never expected to pay $50 for this. That is really expensive. It’s my mistake for not asking the price. I will never be back here. I like short simple nails and my nails came out chunky and fat looking.

I came in with an appointment for a fill and design, the technician said he couldn’t do any of the ideas I presented with inspiration and kept telling me to pick a color. He was getting irritated with me when I asked about chrome and glitter and what options they had. He just started filing away. He ruined the shape of my actual long nails because he made a few nails super curved and when I asked for it to be even the nail became thin and the shape whacked out. The designs they offered but couldn’t even do were cheap, outdated by quite a few decades and he didn’t listen when I expressed several times the simplicity of what I wanted ( I gave up on getting a design ). He was rude and when I asked about the pedicure and if it came with a massage he blew me off and basically said it was “regular” just “color”. Gel or basic... my main issue is the customer service and how my shape I’ve grown out and maintained for many months is now ruined because he said he “can’t do every nail 100%” and my “finger is the problem”. I assured him my fingers were straight and not broken and my nails were once even. He overcharged me with 50$ for what? He said the fill was 22$ plus gel is 15$ And I settled with matte instead of designs or foil or anything special because he wasn’t capable or didn’t have. I’m very upset - I look forward to splurging on my nails, I take shape and design seriously. He charged me just to make the nail curved on top like salons should do so they grow out looking semi natural not flat. He’s now trying to charge 10$ for matte and another 10$ for one finger chrome. There is polish on top of my hand and fingers. When he went to take my hands out of the gel uv dryer there was a white hair coiled and stuck into the polish - I brought it to his attention and said it definitely wasn’t mine and he said “are you sure” I said “yes I’m sure my hair is black”. Ridiculous service overall, my nails don’t look BAD. However it was way overpriced and a terrible experience and nothing of what I was hoping for. I still left a tip obviously but I doubt I’d ever go back.

I came in Thursday of last week and it is now Tuesday, not even a full week since I got my nails done, and some are already lifting!! I’ve never had this problem before. My nails are literally chipping how it would a week and a half-two weeks after I got my nails done. The customer service is atrocious, the guy who did my nails didn’t say one word to me through out the entire mani/pedi. Not to mention the pedicure at least came out decent until I looked at the bottom of my feet and saw my heel still crusty. Disgusting place and will never return.

Never disappointed. I don't have a preference of who does my nails because they always come out beautiful. Everyone is pleasant ♡
