I'm sure that the rest of the manicurists are great according to Yelp reviews. The pricing tier is low and they overuse chemicals (including quick dry at the end of the manicure). My manicurist Stephanie was very nice, but pretty inexperienced. She cut a lot of my cuticles and was very gentle, but the edges of my nails ended up being very uneven and didn't look as clean as they usually do. The worst part is that my nail polish started chipping the next day on both hands. Additionally, I noticed the discrepancy between her massage and another manicurist's quick shoulder rub on the drying step of the process. I didn't realize she would try to massage my shoulder as she began to massage me when my jacket was still on. I barely felt a thing, while the person next to me was asked to remove her jacket and the manicurist used some lotion to massage her customer. Perhaps the person next to me was a long-time customer, so comparing my experience to hers might be pointless yet noticeable. To be fair, Stephanie was young and had a great attitude; she carried my things over to the nail dryer, recognizing that my fingernails were wet. I was really disappointed given the Yelp hype.

Worst nails fillings and polish I have ever done. I would have done a better job had i polish myself. If it was regular nail Polish I would go home and take it off and polish them over. So very disappointed that I paid $30 for nothing.
