I got my nails done here and the guy was rough with my hands, he wasn’t being careful and he made me bleed on 3 of my fingers. My nails aren’t smooth, they have small bumps on top and the sides are rough. He didn’t take the time to clean out the nail from the bottom. The reason I didn’t gave them a 1 star is because my cousin was right next to me and the lady did them perfectly on Her. It just depends on who does your nails. I can’t remember the name of the guy but his name started with a “T”

I've been going here for 2 years now and love the staff! I have never walked out of there disappointed, finally after going to a few other places since i moved here. Tim is the greatest for pedicures, the leg massages especially! He treats you well & never hurries you out! Thank you Avalon!

Went in today to remove my nails I had done there previously and get a new set the lady that greeted me sat me down (I usually go with the guy at the entrance )and she started taking my nails off very roughly she made my thumb bleed my friend came in and they sat her very quickly with another lady in the back and a few minutes later a lady walked in they sat her next to me and my nail lady stopped working on my nails automatically got up and assisted the lady next to me I took off the last 3 nails because she was hurting me so much she literally just left me there because “this lady had an appointment “ wich is understandable but she shouldn’t have started on me if she had a scheduled appointment I could’ve waited for the next available person so i politely asked her how much she charged to take off my nails and she tells me $10 I said well I took off 3 myself and she said ok $7 I paid her wich I don’t think I should have and walked out! So unprofessional & rude!
