I’ve been going there for years and the last few times I’ve gone I have been very disappointed. Today the tech actually grabbed my hand when I told him the polish was on my skin and he said I know... then he complained about the drying lights.. I’ve spent a lot of money in there over the years between myself and daughters but I will never spend another dollar after todays horrible service and job!!

They rushed and messed up my nails and wouldn’t NOT fix them! I made it there at 7:28 they close at 7:30 so i was about to turn around and go over to the one i usually go to by Kroger’s but they INSISTED i come on in and get them done. Half way through doing my nails I’m CONSTANTLY telling her that my nails are ugly and i don’t like them. At this point i call my mother in law and show her and she say yeah they ugly and ask her to see if she can do them another shape and file them down to look better. The lady still saying go home and show somebody and I’m like I KNLW how i want my nails and how they supposed to look. She Talking about come back to tomorrow...NO, you gone fix them now or not get your money. Long story short she didn’t get the money for my nails and i called the police on them! Those ppl are crazy DO NOT get ANY service done there! I will NEVER go back. I went on Facebook live while this was going on. They have sooo many bad reviews i should of asked and googled before i went! HORROBLE PLACE! (Had to give it a star in order to post the review)

Do not go here! They do not know what they doing! All I wanted was a simple coffin nail style and my eyebrows waxed! The guy had to file my nails 3 times to TRY and get them right. Then he had an attitude because they were wrong! And the lady that waxed my eyebrows has them uneven!! 😡 Not good service at all and they prices are to high! And they rush to much.

I was expecting a nice day of pampering, but was made to feel like the service I was given was not good. Paid for the mani-pedi that included the full treatment. The pedi was medium service, and the mani was the worst service I be ever been given. The young man doing it was more interested in his futball game then attending to my needs. I will never go there again. My waxing job was fabulous though. She did perfect! All of my nails are not trimmed or attached under the nail extender, as shown in the photo.

Very great experience. First time getting my feet done and I’m a man. The staff was very welcoming. Good service for a Good price.
