I love this place! I come here for the powder nails and am never disappointed. Their prices are reasonable ($40 for sns powder with tips) and the ladies are all very sweet. She stayed half an hour late to finish my nails because she knew I work with my hands and wanted to make them thick for me, which means a lot of extra work for her but not really extra money on her part. I'm very pleased with their customer service and will return whenever I can. Thank you ladies!

I came in for a gel polish change just now. The lady who did them last time did a great job. This time it was a man and he just slapped on polish all over my toes, the uv light touched the polish when he put it over them and I told him, but he completely disregarded me. I sat in my car all upset for a minute then figured I could go back in and ask for a redo and Ada did it. She took such wonderful care of my nails. Now I'm super happy with my pedi!

My grandmother has using Best Nails for a few years. She has tried other places in the area but this is her favorite. I drive her to get her nails done at least once a month and the women in the store are very friendly. A few times, I'll get my nails done while waiting. Other times I go shopping while she's being pampered.
I've also had my eyebrows done a few times and they always look nice. I have sensitive skin so for the redness to fade in about an hour is really good compared to other places where I'm red all day.
Their prices seem about average for the services I've gotten.

They always are very nice to us and take very good care of us. If I get a painful hang nail they get it out for me.

The tech used a dirty steel instrument to push my cuticles back with and I developed 4 days later a infection up under my cuticle in one of my fingers. It was very painful, couldn't sleep it hurt soo bad. It got puffy and swollen from fluid inside my cuticle area of finger. I had to take antibiotics and pain killer. It got worse, so went to ER, the Dr had to take a blade and slice under cuticle to drain fluid out, and it hurt like hell. My skin was peeling off my finger and then my whole finger nail was lifting up and now its practically off. I had to clip most of my nail off because it was snagging to my clothes and while I was using my hand doing things. Make sure they're instruments are Sterile and clean please!
