Terrible Customer Service..... The owner Taylor is nice to you when you're a new customer and does nice nails, but once you become a regular customer she treats you horribly and is very unprofessional. Don't waste your time because she'll get you comfortable then disappoint you.

I've been coming here for the past six years and the owner Taylor and her husband Ken are very accommodating. The place is immaculate and their staff is friendly and articulate. I've referred several friends here and they are very satisfied. You won't be disappointed if you go here!

I've been coming to this nail salon over a year because it was convenient to where I live, but no more...
At the beginning I was letting them use their nail polish because it was OPI until I seen them thinning out the polish which explains why my nails only lasted 3 days. So, I started bringing my own, which I've done oftentimes.
Today, I brought my own OPI and without asking me, the lady put thinner in my polish. I reminded her that was MY POLISH! She said it was Too thick. How all of a sudden it's too thick and you've done my pedicure with no issues. I demanded a new bottle and she true to give me one of their used one. Ummmmm that defeats the purpose as I'm sure it's thinned out as well.
She then commenced to talk on her native tongue to the others. I knew they were discussing me. The manager again tried to push another used bottle on me, I didn't take it.
The manager then explained that they don't polish if it's too thick. OK I'll take my service elsewhere from now on. No tip!
I'll travel the extra 5 miles to Country Club Hills from now on.
Principle of the matter.. You Just lost one!!

Went to Only Nails for a relaxing pedicure:
-Did not clean tools
-Employees talked very loud the entire time
-Usually pedicures last about 45 minutes. Mine lasted 20 minutes. The lady who did my pedicure barely scrubbed my feet, filed/buffed my nails, etc.
