I showed them at picture of ombre nails and they did a really bad job. They even tried to charge me 20%. I'm really embarrassed about how my nails came out.

1st I walked through the door at 1:47pm and was done and under the dryer before 2 pm, not saying a pedicure should be an hour, but that seems alittle fast especially since I was the only customer getting a pedicure and the only other customer was getting her nails done. 2nd the pedicure only consisted of soaking your feet in plain tap water, atleast put some dish liquid in there to make it feel/look like something. 3rd she barely touched my feet what she did do actually made it look worst because after she was done I could see pieces of skin on the bottom of my feet and on my toes. 4th I paid my bill with no complaints but definitely with the thought of "NEVER AGAIN," but as I was leaving and saying goodbye one of the other ladies whom appears to be like the owner stood in the door way and said did you give her tip, I said no, she said "you must give her tip for customer service." to which I replied is that a law for the fact that your blocking the exit to keep me from leaving, I Tip for everything but if I dont like the service am I supposed to pay the bill and tip. She said whatever go and moved from the door. So yeah NEVER AGAIN.

Got a gel mani and one nail chipped the same day - came back the next day and they fixed it right away. No complaints! Very helpful. They also have loyalty cards - but 10 manis/waxes get one free.

Terrible! Terrible! The customer service was poor and the overall service was very poor. The woman who did my pedicure was done in 2 minutes (no exaggeration) and my feet looked like a did it myself at home. Then I went on to get a manicure which was terrible because the worker didn't take her time. I was very unhappy with the service and was still asked to tip the worker. Don't waste your time.
