I’ve been coming to this shop for roughly 4 years despite the Terrible reviews I have read online and from Friends! Now don’t get me wrong the service isn’t that bad ( I COULD MOST DEFINITELY BE BETTER !) but when I come in and spend money (consistently) I feel as through I shouldn’t be scared to as a price without getting a dirty look ! And come to find out they charge way more then what they advertise! They promote deals for cheaper prices but when it’s time you pay your almost paying $10 more ! I get I you want a tip but don’t trick me into giving you a $10-$20 tip for a a service that should’ve been $15 sad to say I won’t be returning to the shop 🤷🏽♀️ The attitudes don’t match the work 😴

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (And a super dirty salon but that's beside the point) I had been going to this place for a couple months as a walk in with no issues but don't you dare try to make an appointment! - They cannot understand English enough to schedule anything! After knowing they couldn't understand my request on the phone I physically walked in to ensure they had the appointment correct - they did not. But I talked to them & worked it out... or so I thought - I showed up w/my friend & they claimed I came at the wrong time then refused to take me & my friend at the same time which was the point of me scheduling an appointment!!! I left immediately - I REFUSE to ever go there again!!!

Got my nails done on a Wednesday. Three fell off by Sunday. Went back to have redone and they were rude as F...... Never acknowledge that they did a bad job and had to pay for another full set ($22). Then when I advised not to make my nails square, they acted like I was talking chinese. Couldn't understand a work I was saying. I asked for the file so I can show her how I wanted them shaped. Pissed me off because she still made them pointy. Then when I said I just do them (so I can get out of there). One of the nail tech said "Whatever". I told them they was rude as f.... and I wouldn't be coming back there. I need a black nail tech who knows how o speak English.

The nail tech burnt my nail with the drill Multiple times. At the end I had acrylic on my skin/cuticles and it’s now beginning to lift. My nails look like a beginner student did them. Overall I felt uncomfortable because he would stare at me for seconds at a time while doing my nails... I sensed he was irritated so I simply reminded him I was paying him for a service if he didn’t want to do it he didn’t have too. That’s probably why my nails look the way they do.

So the tech seems to have limited English understanding. She kept trying to force fake nails on me and when I explained what I needed some she got up and left me sitting there. Another tech said they can't fix my nails unless it's fake... Wow! I'm never going there.. This is one local business I won't recommend due to the rudeness and lack of patience in communicating to customers.
