I walk in: I'm standing to make eye contact for 30 secs. 1. A sloth worker sitting in the pedicure chair on her phone in the back. Customers scattered everywhere. Chaotic. A loud TV pumping garbage news. Nail technicians not sharp enough to acknowledge a customer waiting. The "May I help you?" lady yapping on the cordless annoyed that I interrupted her. Skip this dump and low par trash spa. I walked past a more glamorous and spanking new nail spot next to Don Alex restaurant on Morris Ave called D'Alejandra's Spa. That's where I'm patronizing 😄

Went about a month ago. The ladies were all very nice and there was a very small wait. They have a wide variety of services. We got gel manicures and regular pedicures and felt very spoiled when we went home. Have to go back in and get my nails painted, they are still on! No chips or anything. Love it!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! They treat you horrible for asking questions about what you are paying for!!!!!! There is a new pedicure lady in the back who doesn’t know how to do anything but cut off all the skin off your cuticles until it BLEEDS!!!! No one!!! I mean no one smiles at you !!!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Their colors are outdated and they never order what is displayed!!!!! I’ve been going there for 4 years!!!!!! And it’s just keeps get worse and dirtier as times goes!!!!!!! Today was my LAST DAY!!! I’ll make sure my fellow ladies will also stop going there!!! Support companies that can and want to provide services they are being PAID for !!!

Horrible Service!! Came in early and none of the techs were doing anything, they were just sitting on their phones. I was very nice and polite and asked to only get my hands done. Once I was seated the Hispanic lady made a mistake and got white tips when I asked for something else – not a big deal. She gave ME attitude as if I told her something then changed my mind, like no. She proceeded to be really rough with my hands and give me attitude whenever SHE would mess up and have to do it over. Mediocre nail techs for the price they charge. Pathetic. Never stepping foot in that salon again.

I always go with my girl Kim. I love their spa pedicure which found the only place that does it so well.
