I enjoy this shop. They are prompt and do Great work. Recently We were overcharged for our service. When I asked for clarification they had no explanation.

My nail tech moved to Millington which is 45 minutes away from me. Decided to try Diva based on friend’s recommendation. Every pedicure I have had there has been great and the staff is very nice. Highly recommend.

The young lady doing my pedicure was on her phone or looking at her phone screen the entire time. The manager fella saw her and didnt bother to say anything. I did not see the other techs acting like this. When someone has sharp tools around your toes their attention should be on the toes not a phone screen. 9/14/2020
