Absolutely horrible customer service. Nail tech was very nice but did a poor job. Got a pedicure if that's what you want to call it. She wash my feet and painted my toes. When I asked about removing the dead skin and the rough skin from the bottom of my feet she said she couldn't remove any skin she could only add oil to make them soft. When I called back to speak to the manager he told me to go somewhere else because they did the best they could. He didn't ask me to come in he didn't asked to see my feet he just said go somewhere else where you were happy before. I explained to him I had never had such a terrible pedicure and again he said go somewhere where you were happy. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said he wasn't there. When I asked to speak to the owner he to wasn't there. When I asked when will they be in he said I don't know they make all the money they go do what they want I just work here. Warning!!! do not get your nails done here they do a horrible job and refuse to even try to make it right. I will never go here again!

The most horrible experience in there!
Manager very agresive when I try to complain about the bad job that one of he's staff was doing,
He charged $20.00 dollars with out my pedicure being done. I still have the dead skin around my toes!!!
They are very rude! ..the point is they don't have qualified people to do the pedicure or manicure.
Don't go there!!!! Find a place were they will treat you with respect and courtesy! Go to a place were people will be happy doing their job!!!
And will treat you nice.

Was ok. Seems like the woman doing my manicure didn’t quite understand what I wanted- hard to communicate. Place looks nice overall. Had a good pedicure too.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. PAID 37 DOLLARS FOR NAILS THAT DID NOT STAY ON AND THEY DIDN'T COLOR THEM ALL THE WAY.

Low quality tools, service, and quality of work. My nails came out lumpy and he didn’t even fully coat my nail with polish. He moved quickly like he was in a rush and it was very rude.
