Should have read reviews before going. I only went because of convenience in area. First time going for an eyebrow wax- normal experience I guess other than an awfuk breakout I went a second time a month later for another eyebrow wax. The woman who took care of me said "lots of hair, lots of hair", and asked if it was because i tried doing my eyebrows myself. Wow thanks that made me feel really great about myself first off, and no I didn't touch my brows once, that's why I went to a professional . I told her no I didn't do them myself and that I got them done at that same location last time. She proceeded to ask me my name so I told her and she claimed she's never seen me before, denying they've ever seen or taken care of me. I left embarrassed and pissed off about their customer service. Absolutely terrible.

Long wait, rude service, awful polish job. Sloppy coverage and not enough coats.

Would never go here again. Should have read the reviews before going, they explained exactly the same experience my friend and I had. The woman who did my nails seemed in a rush. I got a gel manicure which seemed very overpriced. When I looked at my nails when they were done, I had some nail polish on the top of my nails on my skin she never got off, it honestly looked like I did my own nails at home. The pediacure was just okay. My friend asked for two different colors that the lady could not find. Just overall not a good experience! I would not recommend this salon if you are looking for quality nails.

The employees are sweet and welcoming. Just make an appointment for proper service. They do try their best and include you in their conversations.
