They come whenever they want to and if you text for appointment they won't even reply. Customer service is horrible. One customer is waiting but your employee is not even there please call the employee instead of asking the customer to inquire. Good thing that made me look somewhere else and i think I will rather go to the new place

Got my nails done today and love them. No line, no traffic as in most shops. However, I've been a loyal customer to Melissa's Hair & Nails for over 19 years.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Nail Salon. My sister's nails and my own are all uneven, have bubbles in them, look like they already need a fill, AND they are also ALL lean to the side!! Not only was she face timing someone the while service. She was sooo rude!! Word to the Wise...Go Anywhere but here! I was told by her that she was the owner. I'm so disappointed I wish I can give them a negative star!
