I’ve been going to Kelly’s for years. I haven’t had any issues with their regular staff. Sometimes when they have others come in...it becomes an issue. I try my best to get 1 of the same 3 people. I’ve seen complaints on here about how long they take. I’ve had that problem only a few times. It depends on the day of the week you go. If you do weekends it WILL be packed, as their shop is in high demand. The amount of clients that they see will cause a long wait. 99% of the time (no exaggeration) my nails look great. If they were horrible I would’ve left long ago but when I find good service I stick around. The amount of people that they see on a regular should speak volumes!

WARNING!!! If you don't have a long time to wait, then do NOT go to Kelly's Nails!!!
I've been going there for almost a year. It was ok at first but then the service started going down hill!! I went today and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I left and said I would be back. I called an hour later and was told it was an hour wait. I waited 2 more hours and called back and was told to come on. When I got there I told them I wanted a pedicure and fill in. I'd previously been getting Shellac but decided to go back to regular polish because the Shellac didn't last and would chip like regular polish. There was no point in paying $35 if it wasn't going to last. Mandy's husband had a problem with me not getting Shellac and told me it would be $5 to take off the Shellac. I told them I wanted to get my nails done first so the polish could be drying while I got my pedicure. I waited an 1.5 hours and noticed that people that came in after me were being serviced before me. When I said something about it, Mandy's husband told me that the other workers didn't want to do my nails because I was too "picky". I said when I pay the amount of money I pay them, I expect my nails to be done right since the minimum amount I pay per visit is $50!! I said that they should've told me upfront that I'd have to wait on Mandy and I would've left once again. Mandy's husband told me that since I have money I can spend it at another nail shop. I started to go HAM up in there but thought twice about it. Mandy did a piss poor job of polishing my nails and she gave me the fastest pedicure I've EVER received!! Needless to say, I won't be going back!! If I could give them a zero I would!!!

Walked in Kelly's nails with joy and excitement to see my old nail technician return.
Tried to make an effort to use the technician and all of sudden, I was met with foreign "chit chatter" and directed to the pedicure bowl. These people thought they were just going to ignore my request and have another technician offer services.
Next, I was given all kinds of non-sense about appointments only for this person this asked to call to make an appointment with her although, I'm standing in these establishment. So I called when I left just to avoid useless back and forth exchange to be told they don't take appointment.
Totally unprofessional and unpleasant.
Another example of how the BLACK dollar is taken for granted by ASIAN community. I really wish black women would unite and start closing the doors of these establishments.

Horrible... they will have you sitting there for a long time before you’re even noticed. The nails are to thick and come off within a week.

Mandy’s husband is just a rude old cranky man. They had me wait two hours and actually took people that came in after me stating that they are getting a pedi. I wish I could contact the owner to show him or her footage of how they actually treat customers. There’s a young girl 20 something that works there and she’s no very respectful.
