My boyfriend got there before me and told me there was no wait, I overhead the woman say yes she can come now. I get there to all chairs full. I said "I thought there was no wait, I really don't wanna wait" the bitchy manager or whoever was by the door literally told me to leave! It was my first time there and I didn't even get my nails done, but I will not be back. These ladies are apparently doing you a favor by doing your nails that you pay for.

The name should be changed to "You Got Tortured"! I got a pedi and tips there. They look great but the girl who did them was extremely rough and painful! I told her not to even finish putting polish on my fingers because I was dying to get out of there! I was cut several times in the process. She saw me flinching numerous times but only smiled at me. At one point I even told her it hurt but I'm not even sure she understood me. Right now my cuticles on my fingers and toes are on fire and feel like they got hit with a floor sander. And if that wasn't bad enough she sprayed this antibiotic spray on afterwards that made them sting. My cuticles are so red and swollen. I paid a grotesque amount for being tortured the last 2-3 hours. I simply walked out without leaving a tip. It was the worst experience in a nail salon I have ever had. Period!
