I just love this place. I've been going to nailworks and spa for about 2 years now and I don't trust any other nail shop in my surrounding area. My go-to nail technician are Stephanie or Tricia. They are by far the best!! This is my recent work! My natural nails with cat-eye gel polish!

Oh these people in this nail shop tried to straight play me. I called and ask how much is it for a refill he told me 21 dollars so I come there to get a refill and after she applied my powder I asked her how much is the refill she said 23 dollars because my nails are mid length so I said whatever I will pay the 2 extra dollars. So listen to this I get up to go WASH MY HANDS and I over hear them talking in their language which I understand so I played it off as I didn’t. I get back to the chair then she said my boss said charge you 30 dollars 😳🧐! I’m like who me?? I said I wouldn’t dare pay you guys $30 dollars for a refill! Trying to get over me!!! (I don’t think so I’m not the one) So she looks at me and says he said I said I don’t care what he said you guys changed the price on me now 3 times I be damn! Moral of the story I paid $23 dollars and the lady said next I will have to charge $30 && I said there will not be a next time for me because I’m not coming back ✌🏼! They tried to play me!!! WATCH OUT STAY AWAY!!!

I have gone here several times and usually the service is pretty good. This morning I went at 8:45am because they open at 9am thurs-sun. They never showed up at 9am. Their voicemail inbox is full. When someone finally answered the phone at 9:14, I was already heading to work. Tomorrow is my birthday and really have no time between now and then to get my nails done. I explained I had been there over 15 mins. Waiting and the person hung up the phone. Very rude service and I wont be going back.

They pay close attention to detail. I love their pedicures. Especially when Annie does it.
