I wanted to not only like but LOVE this place but that was ruined fast. Long story short the Polish Chips FAST! But if you have time read along..My first experience was great. No one was ahead of me so Lee took me right then. I got a Dip or sns? Manicure. I noticed she didn’t dip my nails as many times as my previous salon (the lady who does my nails went out of town) & I also noticed she used gel polish on top as well. (The other salon doesn’t do so) I trusted the process because I figured maybe salons do the Dip manicures differently & I had only had Dip done by my one salon and one person. My manicure was very pretty but THIN. The place I usually go to (that is 15 minutes away) makes them pretty thick almost as if you have on acrylic. I wasn’t used to the thinness but was gonna give it a try instead of being difficult or skeptical. I loved that the manicure ended with a surprise massage not only to my hands and arms but my back as well. I was hoping to have found a closer salon to go to.. it’s literally minutes away from my home but my Nails CHIPPED within DAYS about 6 days to be exact & another one chipped the very next day. I’ve had Dip nails about 5 times before having it done at this salon and I hadn’t experience them chipping ever.. I usually go every two weeks but I even once stretched to 3 weeks and I still had no issues.. maybe dullness of color depending on which color I have but never chipping. Chipping sucks because it can take your natural nails along with it or they will eventually break off from being exposed 😕 it also sucks because I’m only a week out and now I feel like I have ugly nails because two are chipped. Just throw the whole manicure away lol

Nice enough. The girl who did my 3 year old grand daughter's nails was nice, but not very talkative, etc wth kids. But all in all an ok experience. Would go back

This shop has a very inviting staff. I have been a faithful customer for almost 2 years now. If you're ever in the Fultondale area please check them out.

Horrible service this issue almost escalated into a fight... I came in this morning to get a mani pedi from nee and scott who is the owner had a nasty attitude early in the morning I guess he hates his job..after telling him that I wanted nee to only do my feet and the other guy to do my nails he allowed another client to before me then scotts wife snatched the gel nail polish out of my hand and told me to come back at 4 which I did to have time for them Scott the owner told me it did not matter and screamed at me in front of everyone that I did not explain who I wanted to do my nails, after considering the fact that if I knocked the hell out of him I would go to jail I got up and left......this will be MY LAST VISIST TO LIBBIES NAILS...btw the gay young guy that works there gives people bottled water and drinks after he has worked on people feet with dirt all over his hands....PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! Last but not least their gel nail polish that is way overpriced starting chipping within a couple of days....
