I have been regularly going to this nail spa for over a year now for nails, toes, and eyebrow waxes. Every single time I am in and out with perfect looking nails, etc. This place and all of the employees really do a great job and the prices can't be beat for the service and quality! I would highly recommend all services, especially the pedicures, much better than any other salon I have tried! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, as people know how awesome this place is and they have many regular customers. Don't blame the employees for your inability to make an appointment or to wait your turn as a walk-in.

I was a huuuuuuge and faithful customer! Never would go anywhere else unless they were too busy or closed. Always tip and definitely would recommend them to all friends , family and even strangers ! But the last time i went all of my nails broke off the next day. I went in the following day and told them and they told me it was my fault (even though the nails were terribly thin) and then tried to charge me for the redoing of my nails. My feelings were really hurt because i loved them so much . And i just spend 50+ tip the day before . I vowed to never try them again. I may go back one day but i left in tears i was so upset.

Delux nails in Omaha was the worst service ever! Told me 15min wait time. After 20min I was moved to a pedicure chair and then the lady never returned. She completely forgot about me and then proceeded to help another walk-in who arrived 30min after me. 40min later, still no service. A complete waste of time! Headed over to Loveland nails, was taken care of instantly and offered something to drink. What a difference in customer service.

Terrible customer service. I spent half of my lunch hour waiting at a pedicure station for someone to come over to me. I was originally told they had time for me. However, after 10 minutes of waiting, I asked one of the women working there how much longer it would be. I was told "a couple of minutes". After waiting for 15 more minutes, I got up and left. I was asked by the women "no time to wait?" and I said no, that I could not wait any longer. They should have told me ahead of time if they did not have time to take me at that time. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for your nail needs.

Pedicures are always awesome , now the the staff needs some hard customer service experience they are so RUDE !!!! They are so not a friendly place to go and get your nails done but hell if you just want a great pedi with no interaction then this is the place to go !!!!!
